Typically, I don’t see much activity between the months of December and March (that is, as far as conventions, shows and events are concerned). Thus it was I decided to take the time to update some of my galleries and the writing section of the site during the months of November and December. However, as it would happen, an event has presented itself: my work is being featured in the Fan-Tastic gallery show at The Art Garage in Montclair, New Jersey.

Last night I dropped off ten pieces of original art, including the original painting for the cover of Chadhiyana: In the Company of Shadows and the first two pages of art for the graphic novel. The show runs from the 6th of this month (Friday) until the 30th (a Monday). A reception is being held on the night of the 6th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, at which I will be present.

If you can’t make it to the reception, at least stop by the gallery during the month of December and see some of my original art (especially my original paintings, which I no longer bring to conventions). This is literally the last show I’ll be doing in 2013.

As for next year, I already have a few in mind and some applications in hand. You can always find an up-to-date list of my upcoming shows and appearances on the Events & Shows page (listed under Miscellanea in the menu).

I hope many of you come out to see the show. It’s a wonderful way to wrap up what I consider to be my most successful year since I began writing and illustrating professionally. Cheers and enjoy!
