They’re Back: Chadhiyana & Gentleman Cthulhu

J. M. DeSantis's Chadhiyana & Gentleman Cthulhu are back!

It’s taken a while to get to this point, but finally there’s a new Chadhiyana comic, a short titled Chadhiyana: The Call of Fire and it’s free to read on chadhiyana.com! And although I didn’t plan it to line up this (near) perfectly, the new Gentleman Cthulhu artwork reveal comic is up on gentlemancthulhu.com today!

As I’ve written about before, I had taken a break from both projects, but intended to come back to them. Gentleman Cthulhu began his return with new comics posting since August of this year, and Chadhiyana will return in a new series next year through (my) Dark Fire Press (darkfirepress.com). And for you Chadhiyana fans, today’s post is mostly about the upcoming series.  Read more… ›

Thanks, Boston (Comic Con) Fan Expo

Boston Comic Con 2017, Thank You!
This year’s Boston Comic Con was something of a year of firsts, and it brought with it the end of a few things as well. A transition con, if you will. Perhaps that’s being a bit dramatic, but it’s not without a sliver of truth. This year I sold out of my stock of a few prints I’ve been looking to move off of the table in order to make room for new prints and even books (something I’d like to focus on more going forward). Plus a few changes were made to the con this year, and I myself learned and tried out a few new things as well. Read more… ›

See You Next Year, Boston!

J. M. DeSantis Boston Comic Con 2016-2017 Newark Comic Con

Yes, as the title implies, I’ve already signed up for an Artist Alley table at next years’ Boston Comic Con. It’s honestly one of my favourite shows to do in my favourite city (I still think I’d like to move up this way someday). This year’s show was another success. I’ve sold out of a few things, and I don’t know that I’ll be able to restock on these items for this Saturday’s Newark Comic Con. (Sorry, though I still have plenty of prints and books available.). Though Aside from sales alone, there’s a lot more appeal to exhibiting at the Boston Comic Con. Read more… ›

Thank You, Boston!

J. M. DeSantis Boston Comic Con 2015 table

It’s Monday morning (Tuesday for you, reader), and I’m back in the studio again for a week before I’m off to yet another convention. This Saturday is the Inbeon Con: Summer Edition (inbeoncon.com), and it will be my last con until New York Comic Con in October. (Again, sorry folks, I won’t be able to make Baltimore Comic-Con because of a wedding I’m in that weekend.) But before all of that, I wanted to thank everyone who attended the Boston Comic Con and helped make this such a successful show! Read more… ›
