The end of the year is fast approaching, and typically the last three weeks are planned out for an end-of-year reflection post, a Happy Holidays post, and a Happy New Years post (in that order). So that leaves this week as the last week of the year for any topic I choose, and I haven’t put out any information on the state or release of Chadhiyana #3. I don’t have any official news yet, but I will give you all a bit of something, rather than remaining silent until the first full week in January. Read more… ›
Despite the most recent Gentleman Cthulhu comic I posted (“Giving Thanks” on gentlemancthulhu.com–which, actually, proved popular when Strange-Aeons Magazine re-posted it on their Facebook page), I don’t have a cynical opinion of Thanksgiving. Certainly, its origins are questionable at best, but the way in which its celebrated today I think can be taken separate from its beginnings. Family and friends get together to enjoy a bountiful home cooked meal (some do go out instead, I know) and enjoy (or tolerate) each other’s company. But that’s what holidays are supposed to be about at their heart, aren’t they? Read more… ›
Though my blog posts are posting a day earlier since the summer (I used to post on Wednesdays) and so this may seem as coming a little early, I wanted to take the time to wish all of my American fans and readers a Happy Thanksgiving! Typically in the winter months I hibernate to some extent. Besides taking the time to enjoy the Holidays and my family and friends, I take a break from public appearances and concentrate on working in my studio exclusively; it’s just such a hectic time of the year. This year, however, I wanted to try something different. No, I won’t be attending any more conventions until 2016 (which is also just around the corner), but I am going to offer something that you can only get from me at conventions: commissions! It’s Christmas Eve (for those who celebrate the holiday), and so, as is typical of me the week of Christmas (which I myself celebrate) I wanted to take the time to wish you all a very Happy Holiday (whichever you celebrate)! I hope you all enjoy this time of celebration and reflection, and find (or have found) some joy this holiday season. Again, I will return to blogging in the New Year, and hopefully (as stated in last week’s post), I’ll have some big news!

Merry Christmas, to all those who, like me, celebrate it! And Happy Holidays to those who do not! Just a brief message of well-wishes to each and every one of you this holiday season. Enjoy the coming days. A New Year is just around the corner.
All the Best,
